Unrivaled Championship Recap 🌫️

Two superstar teams. Dueling playoff records. And a championship that went down to the wire.🏆️

First Half: Plum on Fire 👻
Kelsey Plum came out scorching, knocking down three consecutive triples to open the game and finishing the first quarter with 18 points, an Unrivaled Playoff record for most points in an opening frame. By halftime, she had 22 points, another playoff record. Kiki Iriafen added 13 points and 8 rebounds as Phantom dominated the paint. But Mist answered every run, and the teams headed to the locker room knotted at 43.

Third Quarter: Stewie Takeover 🌫️
Breanna Stewart powered a 12-2 run to put Mist up by double digits. Phantom fought back, but Mist shot 66.7% and outscored Phantom 25-19.

Fourth Quarter: Championship Poise 🔥
Mist opened on a 6-0 run to push the lead to 12. Plum finished with 40 points on 14-of-21 shooting, an Unrivaled Playoff single-game scoring record, and Iriafen added a 13-point, 11-rebound double-double. But it wasn't enough. Allisha Gray came up huge with 12 points, 5 rebounds, and two clutch blocks. Arike Ogunbowale added 19 points, and Stewart finished with 32 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 blocks to earn the 2026 Unrivaled Finals MVP. MISTIES WIN. 🌫️
