We’re excited to announce the teams playing in Philadelphia for Philly is Unrivaled are Breeze at Phantom at 7:30 pm ET and Rose at Lunar Owls at approximately 8:45 pm ET.

That means Philly natives Natasha Cloud (Phantom) and Kahleah Copper (Rose) will be heading home for the Friday, January 30, 2026 games at Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Season 2 Club Rosters Are Locked

The clubs are official, and they're loaded!

From Paige Bueckers repping her favorite color purple on the Breeze, to Co-Founders Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart being protected by their Season 1 clubs — the Lunar Owls and the Mist — the Club Roster Reveal Show delivered big, breaking down who’s playing where and what to expect when Unrivaled returns January 5, 2026.

Here’s a look at each club’s roster:

• Breeze BC: Aari McDonald, Cameron Brink, Dominique Malonga, Kate Martin, Paige Bueckers, Rickea Jackson

• Hive BC: Ezi Magbegor, Kelsey Mitchell, Monique Billings, Natisha Hiedeman, Saniya Rivers, Sonia Citron

• Laces BC: Alyssa Thomas (protected), Jackie Young (protected), Brittney Sykes, Jordin Canada, Maddy Siegrist, Naz Hillmon

• Lunar Owls BC: Napheesa Collier (protected), Skylar Diggins (protected), Aaliyah Edwards, Marina Mabrey, Rachel Banham, Rebecca Allen

Roster Quick Hits:

• 🌴 Breeze BC features three Unrivaled veterans and three newcomers, including Paige Bueckers.

• 🐝 Hive BC enters with six first-time Unrivaled players, the only club without a single returning player.(Although Natisha Hiedeman was a champion with the Rose in Season 1, this is her first full season in Unrivaled.)

• 👟 Laces BC bring back a veteran-heavy lineup with four returning players, two newcomers, and one 2025 champion from Rose.

• 🦉 Lunar Owls BC return four veterans and two newcomers, including 2025 MVP and 1 on 1 champion Napheesa Collier leading the way.

• 🌧️ Mist BC combine three returning players headlined by Breanna Stewart, and three newcomers, pairing elite experience with fresh talent.

• 👻 Phantom BC also feature a three-and-three mix, with Satou Sabally and Natasha Cloud back to anchor one of the league’s most versatile lineups.

• 🌹 Rose BC, the reigning champions, return four of six players from their championship roster, the most continuity of any club this season.

• 💿 Vinyl BC feature five veterans and one newcomer, giving them one of the most experienced rosters in the league.

Teammate Connections:

• Los Angeles Sparks teammates Cameron Brink and Rickea Jackson will play together on the Breeze.

• Atlanta Dream teammates Jordin Canada and Naz Hillmon will play together on the Laces.

• The Lunar Owls have two pairs of W teammates in Aaliyah Edwards and Marina Mabrey from the Connecticut Sun and Rachel Banham and Rebecca Allen from the Chicago Sky.

• Arike Ogunbowale and Li Yueru will team up on the Mist after playing this past season together on the Dallas Wings.

• First year Rose players Shakira Austin and Sug Sutton have existing chemistry after spending the past two seasons together on the Washington Mystics.

• The Vinyl have two pairs of teammates in the Los Angeles Sparks’ Dearica Hamby and Rae Burrell, who also developed chemistry on the Vinyl in Season 1 of Unrivaled. Additionally, Brittney Griner and Rhyne Howard spent this past season playing together on the Atlanta Dream.

The Club Roster Reveal Show also unveiled the six players comprising this year’s new season-long Development Pool.

Mark your calendars for January 5, that’s when Unrivaled Season 2 officially tips off.

The opening slate of games will feature all eight clubs in action, beginning with Hive BC at Vinyl BC at 1:00 pm ET.

Kelsey Mitchell and the Hive make their Unrivaled debuts against last year’s Championship runner-up Vinyl and Miami-native Erica Wheeler.

Then, Stewie and Mist BC take on Alyssa Thomas and Laces BC in game two at approximately 2:15 p.m. ET.

The Jan. 5 night session begins with an 8:00 p.m. ET matchup between the two clubs with the best records in Unrivaled last season. Queen Phee’s Lunar Owls BC will face reigning Unrivaled Champion and 2025 WNBA Champion Chelsea Gray’s Rose BC squad.

Last but not least, Phantom BC and Breeze BC close out opening day at approximately 9:15 p.m. ET as Kelsey Plum and Paige Bueckers make their Unrivaled debuts for the Phantom and Breeze, respectively.
