Phantom BC Locks the First Spot in NYC👻

After taking down Laces 64-58 and extending their win streak to six games, Phantom BC claimed the first club entry into the Unrivaled Playoffs Sponsored by Samsung with a 10-3 record.

Phantom's Road to the Semifinals:

  • The club is currently on a 6-game winning streak, the 2nd-longest streak in Unrivaled history

  • Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Plum made league history, becoming the first teammates to each score 30 or more points in the same game as Phantom BC defeated Vinyl BC 76-73 to clinch a playoff berth

    • They’ve been a dynamic duo - there have been 5 games this season where both have scored 20+ points

  • Natasha Cloud brought the energy in front of her home crowd in Philly, and the Phantom secured a 71-68 win against the Breeze

  • Through Week 6, Boston and Plum are top 5 in the league in 5 categories

    • Plum: 5.2 Assists (3rd), 4 Game Winners (Tied 1st), 2.5 3 Pointers Made (5th)

    • Boston: 10.1 Rebounds (3rd), 2.2 Blocks (1st)

Schedule Update

Unrivaled today announced an update to the flex schedule for the final day of regular season games. The schedule for Friday, Feb. 27 will be as follows:

  • 1 p.m. ET: Hive BC @ Lunar Owls BC on truTV and HBO Max

  • 2:15 p.m. ET: Mist BC @ Vinyl BC on truTV and HBO Max

  • 7:30 p.m. ET: Rose BC @ Phantom BC on TNT, truTV and HBO Max

  • 8:45 p.m. ET: Breeze BC @ Laces BC on TNT, truTV and HBO Max

Following the conclusion of last night’s games, all six playoff spots have been secured, with Vinyl BC clinching the final playoff spot and Lunar Owls BC and Hive BC having been eliminated. Playoff seeding will be determined following the conclusion of Friday’s games.
